The first DIENES LabLineCompact (LLC) wet spinning line is operating at a German University. The Research Center is specialized on Bio Polymers and synthetic spider silk.
The modular concept makes the LLC wet spinning line flexible. It is possible to easily change the process parameters and thus research a variety of different polymers, titers, draw ratios and stiffness. Air gap spinning is due to the height adjustable spinning nozzle possible.
High-alloyed steel and corrosion resistant coatings are used at parts in direct contact with the product. That ensures that almost all polymers and solvents can be proccessed. The spin pumpe allows a throughput of 0.01 – 15 ml/min (other throughput ranges are also available).
